Library

As a relatively-new religion and philosophy of life which has, nevertheless, lasted more than 125 years, we have available to us many of the documents of our founding generation, including the founding Leader, Felix Adler, who lived more than 80 years and served as the Leader of the New York Society for Ethical Culture for about 55 years.

We present these historical documents in the interest of grounding our tradition, but also in the interest of serving as roots from which we continue to grow and evolve our ideas, ideals and practices.
